Meet Our Team

Dr. George Olar was born and raised in Mansfield, Ohio. After graduating from Sherman College of Chiropractic in 2006, Dr. George moved to Lacey with Dr. Stefanie to raise their family and open 360 Chiropractic. Dr. Olar specializes in the care and treatment of families from infants to seniors utilizing the gentle adjusting technique known as Activator Methods. He is also a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. When not caring for patients, Dr. Olar enjoys hiking, biking, cooking, and playing board games with his family.    

A native of Washington state, Dr. Stefanie has been pleased to open 360 Chiropractic in her home state to serve the people of Thurston County. Dr. Stefanie graduated Magna Cum Laude from Sherman College of Chiropractic in 2006. She has had extensive training in the chiropractic adjusting procedure known as Activator Methods and is a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. When not in the office,  Dr. Stefanie loves spending time with her family enjoying the outdoors. She also enjoys yoga and has completed the 200 hour certification training. Gloria graduated from Ashmead College in 2007 with training in Swedish relaxation, deep tissue, sports, and pregnancy massage. Gloria specializes in headache, back, shoulder and neck pain and motor vehicle accident treatment. Gloria has experience working with cancer patients, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, Plantar Faciitis, and chronic migraine clients. Her goal is to work closely with her clients to improve their over-all health and well-being. Gloria is a firm believer that massage does not have to hurt to be effective! Specializes In: Swedish, Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Sports, Pregnancy, and Chronic Migraines.

Anna is our Office Manager and Laser Specialist. She is happy to have the opportunity to get to know all of our wonderful patients and greets everyone with a smile.  Anna is a recent college graduate and mother of one adorable boy. She has always been interested in learning more about whole health, with special interest in mental health practices.  Anna is very excited to help our patients with their health journey.

Katy offers a warm and friendly welcome as soon as you walk into the office. She has a strong interest in how chiropractic care can support those dealing with chronic pain and migraines, and she’s always happy to assist with your low-level laser therapy sessions. Outside of work, Katy enjoys spending quality time with her family and her two cats.
